Why we publish these

Every number comes from the same published price list, so the estimate here is the estimate you would hear on the phone. What a calculator cannot do is load-test a pack or put a meter across a corroded cable, and on the coast we regularly find carts quoted for batteries whose actual fault was a green terminal, a charge port, or a solenoid. That is what the on-site diagnostic is for, and the service call is applied toward the repair.
